A web app (installable on iOS and Android) that combines an AI coach with science-based tracking. Every feature listed here is built and live.
AI Coach
- Chat coach that knows your data — reads your training, nutrition, sleep, stress, and recovery each message and answers specifically, not generically.
- Changes your plan directly — tell it about an injury, goal, equipment, or a muscle that recovers fast, and it updates your profile so the adaptive engine rebuilds your workouts.
- Logs food from chat — describe what you ate and it estimates and logs it (flagged as an estimate, with a nudge to photo/scan for accuracy).
- Reads photos — paste a meal photo, nutrition label, lab result, wearable screenshot, or flight itinerary and it extracts and files the data.
- Remembers you — captures durable preferences and notes over time, and opens with a proactive, data-aware check-in.
- Reviews each progress photo on upload against your recent training and nutrition (Coach tier).
Workout Tracking
- Adaptive workout generation from your goal, equipment, injuries, recovery, and RPE feedback — no two blocks are identical.
- Logs lifting, running, hiking, walking, martial arts, and sports, plus extended activities: swimming, cycling, rowing, pilates, pickleball, surf/SUP, jump rope, golf, and outdoor/yard work.
- GPS route tracking (map, distance, pace, elevation) for outdoor cardio and walking rounds.
- Estimated 1RM, personal-record detection, training history, and streaks.
- Context-aware warm-up sets, RPE/RIR autoregulation, per-muscle volume emphasis, and fatigue-based deloads.
- Bodybuilder contest-prep mode — division-specific emphasis, phase and weeks-out targets, and a peak-week plan.
Nutrition
- Science-based calorie and macro targets from bodyweight and goal (requires a weight — never guesses).
- Meal logging by label scan (exact panel), photo, or text; captures protein, carbs, fat, fiber, calories.
- Micronutrient tracking — Vitamin D, Omega-3, and Magnesium estimated from logged meals, with a weekly omega-3 target.
- Protein-through-the-day distribution, dynamic water target, and snack nudges.
- Opt-in trackers: creatine (saturation + dose), coffee (caffeine vs sleep timing), alcohol (calories + recovery), and a supplement regimen with daily check-offs and evidence-based suggestions.
- Diet Coach setup with per-user protein/calorie/fiber targets and meal-time habits.
Recovery
- A fatigue engine that scores sleep, soreness, RPE, and alcohol and recommends recovery walks, mobility, yoga, or full rest.
- Sleep tracking (quality, not just hours) and nap guidance (20-min vs 90-min, timed to the afternoon dip).
- Sun-exposure tracker — auto-credits midday outdoor activity and manual logging for vitamin D, mood, and circadian rhythm.
- Mobility protocols (stretching dose, foam rolling, heat-before-stretch) and a sick/deload mode.
- Travel and jet-lag plans that adjust training around trips.
Body Composition
- Weight and body-fat logging, trends, and a longevity-impact estimate from consistent healthy behaviors.
- Body-composition data feeds calorie/macro and creatine targets.
Progress Photos
- Private, account-synced progress photos with same-pose comparison and an AI progress analysis.
- Coach reviews each upload (Coach tier) against your training and nutrition, with a goal-aware "next photo" cadence (biweekly on a cut, ~4 weeks otherwise).
Admin
- Operator dashboard for user activity, AI usage, subscriptions, and setup status — not visible to end users.
